Platform Operations Specialist – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Operations Specialist to drive performance and growth across our Facebook and YouTube portfolios in the LATAM region. The role will act as the internal expert on Meta and YouTube, overseeing creator onboarding, payout processes and platform analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze Facebook and YouTube metrics such as revenue, views, watch time, RPM/CPM, engagement and subscriber growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with algorithm changes, new features, monetisation programs and policy updates, translating them into operational actions.
• Lead the operational onboarding of new creators, ensuring accounts, permissions, monetisation access and payment information are correctly configured.
• Oversee platform payout processes, reconcile expected versus received payments and work with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate and document payout discrepancies, including revenue differences, currency or tax effects and attribution issues.
• Set up and troubleshoot Facebook/Meta Business Manager and YouTube account permissions, AdSense and payment configurations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring social‑media platform performance.
• Familiarity with Meta (Facebook) and YouTube ecosystems, including monetisation and policy frameworks.
• Detail‑oriented approach to onboarding creators and managing financial reconciliations.
• Ability to work remotely within a global, fast‑paced team.
