Oracle Business Analyst (LATAM Localization)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Analyst to lead LATAM localization initiatives across multiple commodity trading projects. The role involves translating regional tax, e‑invoicing and fiscal reporting requirements into functional specifications for Oracle Cloud and On‑Premises ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Oracle localization in Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru and Colombia.
• Elicit, document and validate business requirements from regional stakeholders and convert them into functional specs for Oracle Cloud implementation.
• Own BAU delivery and provide product support for both Oracle On‑Premises and Cloud ERP applications.
• Manage SCM, OM and Finance configuration changes through the CAB review and approval process.
• Analyze quarterly Oracle patch releases, assess impact on LATAM localization and coordinate regression testing.
• Support development, QA and change‑management teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide third‑line production support and mentor vendor functional team members.
• Participate in Oracle Release Update cycles, reviewing release notes and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in commodity trading or energy.
• Proven ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating concepts into implementable requirements.
• Extensive experience with implementation and support of Oracle ERP Financials and Supply Chain.
