Material Supply Planner

About the role

Satellogic is seeking a Material Supply Planner to support the continuous supply of essential components for satellite manufacturing. In this role you will act as the bridge between purchasing, supply chain, and production, ensuring that tools, equipment, and parts arrive on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in guaranteeing the continuous supply of components necessary for production.
• Verify and update the bill of materials required for manufacturing.
• Support the delivery process of supplies and components from suppliers to the plant.
• Identify and manage risks to minimise impact on the production schedule.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast arrivals of inputs and maintain uninterrupted production.
• Communicate delivery schedules and ensure on‑time supplier performance.
• Participate in supplier evaluation together with the Global Supply Chain department.
• Place purchasing requirements and track corresponding orders.
• Maintain existing KPIs, generate reports, and propose area improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced students or recent graduates in Administration, Accountancy, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related fields.
• At least two years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management or procurement.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.
