Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and manage AI‑enabled workflows that support enterprise production. This fully remote position focuses on pipeline generation and brand visibility for B2B technology clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage systems for intake, processing, and optimization of production requests.
• Own end‑to‑end production projects from request through delivery.
• Create and maintain automations and integrations for related workflows such as surveys and content audits using AI and no‑code tools.
• Document workflows, control versions, and ensure brand and quality compliance across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing projects.
• At least 1 year hands‑on experience with AI tools and workflow integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
