Marketing Campaign Specialist – Digital Advertising

About the role

Aven Hospitality is seeking a motivated Marketing Campaign Specialist to execute and deliver digital advertising campaigns for its hospitality accounts. The role ensures high‑quality campaign setup, timely delivery, and strong client satisfaction while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
• Gather creative assets and offer details from clients and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign implementation.
• Manage daily advertising production tasks, including ad uploads and inventory coordination.
• Perform quality‑control checks on campaign setups and update them to meet compliance guidelines.
• Monitor campaign uploads for timely delivery and proper functionality.
• Support the creation of campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate continuously with advertisers, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Use approved templates and tools to implement campaign creatives.
• Manage the team’s functional email inbox and provide coverage during absences.
• Participate in regular in‑office collaboration with the team.

Required profile

• Background in Customer Service, Advertising Campaign Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in hospitality or digital media is a plus.
