Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

The Marketing Data Analyst will support Internova's Marketing and Events teams across its divisions. You will design, build, and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and workflow tools primarily using Smartsheet, with additional work in PowerBI and Excel.

Key responsibilities

• Create, configure, and maintain Smartsheets, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows for marketing, events, invoicing, and tactic tracking.
• Collaborate with the VP of Partner Marketing, billing specialists, and accounting to streamline financial processes.
• Manage data connections using Smartsheet Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and advanced formulas for accurate data flow.
• Develop Dynamic Views and control access for internal stakeholders.
• Integrate Smartsheet with CRM, marketing automation, accounting systems, and other internal platforms.
• Build custom dashboards and reports for leadership visibility across business units.
• Document standard operating procedures, ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Identify automation opportunities, provide training, and serve as the primary point of contact for Smartsheet issues.

Required profile

• 3+ years of post‑college experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet features such as Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, Control Center, Dynamic View, and advanced formulas.
• Strong project‑management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and financial processes is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a deadline‑driven environment.
