Key responsibilities

• Guide guests in discovering, understanding, and enjoying a curated range of premium liquors.
• Conduct tastings, seminars, and in‑store events to generate interest and drive sales.
• Maintain visual standards, accurate stock handling, and compliance processes.
• Identify buying signals, suggest complementary products, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of spirits (whisky, rum, gin, vodka, tequila, cognac, liqueurs).
• Experience in liquor retail, duty‑free, hospitality, mixology, bar work, or brand ambassadorship.
• Confidence discussing flavour profiles, cocktail ideas, gifting options, and brand stories.
• Ability to host or support tastings, demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Good physical fitness for an active onboard role.
