About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our commercial team and manage high‑value interior‑design projects. The position blends technical design expertise, strong sales closing ability, and people‑leadership skills.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and evaluate the performance of the commercial advisors team.
• Provide feedback and training on products, consultative selling, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Curate the technical‑aesthetic quality of team projects before final client presentation.
• Manage a client portfolio autonomously, focusing on closing deals and delivering results.
• Handle high‑value budgets, delegating and closely monitoring when appropriate.
• Advise on comprehensive interior‑design solutions and create proposals using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
• Supervise the showroom – display, sample stock, customer experience and CRM usage.
• Prepare weekly sales, visit and KPI reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Industrial Design (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in interior design with end‑client projects (mandatory).
• Proven experience selling furniture and space‑solution products (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Commercial mindset with a strong ability to close deals and achieve results (mandatory).
• Experience leading commercial teams.
