Lead Data Scientist

About the role

Blend360 is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join a fast‑growing team supporting a hospitality client. The role is hands‑on, focusing on marketing and campaign analytics to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign and marketing data to uncover trends, performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analyses using Python and SQL.
• Define, monitor and report on key performance metrics and campaign KPIs.
• Design, execute and interpret A/B tests and other experiments.
• Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to translate analytical needs into solutions and dashboards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics or marketing analytics.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation.
• Proven track record working with campaign, customer or performance data.
• Experience communicating insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
