Junior Accounts Payable Associate – German Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Associate who is fluent in German to join our finance team in Montevideo. The position follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to collaborate with global colleagues while developing core accounting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately process supplier invoices and ensure timely entry into the financial system.
• Support vendor account management activities, including set‑up and maintenance.
• Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder inquiries, providing clear and prompt communication.
• Assist with vendor payment runs and follow‑up on outstanding items.
• Maintain compliance with internal financial processes, controls, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with multicultural, global teams to align on payment schedules and reporting.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and strong English communication skills.
• Student, recent graduate, or early‑career professional eager to start a finance career.
• Background in administration, business, finance or a related field is a plus.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
