About the role

Carle & Andrioli is looking for accounting assistants to join its hybrid team. The position is open to Public Accounting students who want to start or deepen their professional experience in the accounting field.

Key responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping entries for client companies.
• Reconcile bank and ledger accounts.
• Process payroll calculations.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing tasks.
• Conduct cash counts and physical inventory verifications.
• Visit clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Report directly to the Area Manager.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Public Accounting program.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Good interpersonal skills.
