About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead our sales team for a leading lighting company with international projects. The role is based on‑site in Punta Carretas and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed commercial targets set by the Direction.
• Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team to deliver results.
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of commercial quotations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments and growth potential.
• Participate in defining and implementing growth‑focused commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar commercial leadership role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite, Monday to Friday.
