About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to work at our point‑of‑sale locations in Montevideo. You will promote UCM’s mobile emergency medical services, acquire new customers through cold prospecting, and help grow our client base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers directly at point‑of‑sale locations.
- Generate new affiliations by conducting cold calls and in‑person outreach.
- Explain the features and benefits of UCM’s mobile emergency services.
- Meet sales targets and work on a commission‑based remuneration model.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales activities.
Required profile
- Strong commercial attitude and willingness to work on the move.
- High energy, ambition and desire for professional growth.
- Ability to work independently and focus on results.
