iOS Developer – Build Scalable Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join Applaudo’s mobile team. You will design, build and maintain high‑quality native iOS applications that follow Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and meet the needs of our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and support native iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Combine.
• Design clean, scalable architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Coordinators) aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to deliver high‑value features.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, refactoring and documentation to ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot performance, stability and scalability issues and propose improvements.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and help align priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Combine.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns and mobile architecture styles.
• Experience refactoring code for scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Proven ability to integrate third‑party frameworks in a decoupled manner.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English proficiency.
