Investment Director - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote contractor position, you will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on topics such as macro‑economic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new version of the AI toward higher reliability.
• Measure model performance, assess correctness, and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or equivalent professional experience in finance.
