About the role

You will own daily inspection calls and scheduling for a US home‑services company, ensuring every permit is closed on time. The role is remote, works early US Eastern mornings, and reports directly to the owner.

Key responsibilities

Call town inspectors within narrow windows to book inspections.
Maintain a daily checklist of calls, times, and inspections.
Plan ahead to avoid missed call windows.
Track bookings in Google Sheets and send links to customers.
Communicate schedules to inspectors and confirm appointments.
Inform the owner when stand‑ins are needed to prevent double‑booking.
Prioritize and reduce the backlog of permits town by town.
Navigate the rules of ~50 Massachusetts towns, each with its own process.

Required profile

Highly detail‑oriented and proactive.
Extremely punctual and reliable.
Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.
Confident, personable communicator able to handle tough inspectors.
Fluent English for daily phone calls.
Willingness to work an early US Eastern morning shift.
