Implementations Specialist

About the role

The Anything Group LLC is looking for an Implementations Specialist to lead the onboarding and implementation of new clients. You will act as the bridge between sales and delivery, ensuring a seamless transition and an exceptional client experience across our digital marketing, software development, and branding services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of multiple implementation projects, defining priorities, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product) and lead alignment meetings.
• Translate client needs into functional and technical requirements, routing requests to frontend, backend, integration and digital teams.
• Lead project kick‑offs, implementation planning and adapt timelines based on client constraints.
• Oversee system configurations, integrations and data flows across PMS, channel managers, payment providers and internal platforms.
• Manage QA processes, testing flows (bookings, payments, integrations) and coordinate go‑live activities.
• Support product development by managing feature requests and contributing to roadmap planning.
• Design and optimise internal processes and tools for project tracking and execution.
• Train clients on platform usage, create documentation and ensure successful adoption.
• Provide regular reporting on project status, risks and performance to leadership.

Required profile
