About the role

Goddard Catering Group, a provider of catering solutions for airlines, airports and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, is looking for a hygiene worker for its UPR production plant in Montevideo. The person's mission is to keep all areas of the plant clean and hygienic, meeting quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Clean and disinfect floors, walls, tables, rooms, bathrooms and equipment used for preparation.
Prepare dishes and service utensils.
Remove waste and put it into containers.
Use cleaning products and materials responsibly.
Complete daily job records.
Follow Good Hygiene and Handling Practices.

Required profile

Basic education cycle completed.
Attention to detail, organisation and teamwork.
Tolerance of pressure and willingness to do moderately physically demanding work.
Courses or experience in hygiene and use of cleaning chemicals are valued.

The schedule is 14:00 to 22:00, on a 6x1 shift pattern.
