About the role

Join Sabre’s global Total Rewards team as a Global Benefits Manager. You will lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of health, wellness, and recognition programs for employees worldwide, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and aligned with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual benefits renewals, enrollment cycles and wellness initiatives, partnering with brokers to secure cost‑effective coverage.
• Manage benefit financial workflows, audit vendor invoices, and collaborate with Procurement and Finance to optimize budgets.
• Guide regional People teams and external consultants to ensure regulatory compliance across diverse markets.
• Develop clear, engaging communications that educate employees and drive program participation.
• Leverage generative AI and workflow automation to streamline invoice auditing, analyze market trends, and scale project rollouts.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of international benefits administration experience in a global corporate or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex vendor relationships, negotiate broker renewals and maintain regional compliance.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and financial management capabilities.
• Track record of designing strategic benefit communications that boost global employee engagement.
