About the role
Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a passionate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting and onboarding the right talent to support the company’s growth in the vacation ownership and travel membership business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, aligning candidate pipelines with the specific needs of each department.
- Coordinate and deliver effective induction programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
- Support internal communication initiatives that strengthen teamwork and the overall organizational climate.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in recruitment.
- Degree or current studies in Psychology.
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese (required) and English (preferred).
- Experience applying and interpreting psychometric assessments.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to administer and interpret psychometric tests.
