FullStack Java + React Technical Leader (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a senior Full‑Stack Technical Leader who will drive the design and delivery of cloud‑native solutions using Java and React. The role is fully remote and involves guiding a distributed team through complex technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud architectures based on distributed services.
• Own technical modules of the platform, covering design, development, and integration.
• Write clean, robust code for backend (Java) and frontend (React) components.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Drive continuous integration, continuous delivery pipelines, and code‑review practices.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to team members.
• Conduct R&D to evaluate new technologies and communicate their value.
• Guide the team in navigating complex technology environments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and React.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery.
• Deep understanding of Java design patterns and architecture.
• Extensive experience with cloud architecture and distributed services.
• Proven track record in large‑scale application development and integration.
• Ability to perform code reviews and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Native‑level Spanish and advanced English communication skills.
