Full-Stack Software Engineer (Autonomous, AI‑Assisted)

About the role

We are seeking a highly self‑sufficient Full‑Stack Software Engineer who will own solutions from concept to production. The role focuses on industrial‑control software, Advanced Process Control, and future IoT, embedded and AI projects. You will work with minimal supervision, making architectural decisions and delivering clean, scalable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures.
• Take features from concept through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Make independent architectural and technical decisions, justifying trade‑offs.
• Work across the full stack – backend, frontend, data, and integrations.
• Identify technical debt, propose improvements, and mentor peers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solid technical solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of real‑world Full‑Stack development experience.
• MSc in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong autonomy, architectural maturity, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical decisions clearly.

Required skills

• JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
• Blazor (beneficial).
• Web REST or gRPC API design and implementation.
• Object‑oriented languages: C#, ANSI C.
• Microsoft .NET technologies – .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Database technologies: SQL, Oracle, MongoDB.
• .NET application containerization on Linux and basic container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment practices.
• Mobile development (native, hybrid, web) – helpful.
