Full Stack Developer (Elixir/Phoenix & Ruby on Rails) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Elixir/Phoenix and Ruby on Rails to join our talent network and work remotely on U.S. client projects across Latin America. You will become part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver customer‑facing web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using Elixir/Phoenix and/or Ruby on Rails.
• Implement responsive front‑end features with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, manage source control with Git, and use Docker for development.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience building eCommerce applications and large, complex systems.

Required skills

• Elixir and Phoenix (including Phoenix LiveView).
• Ruby on Rails.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue a plus).
• SQL/PostgreSQL and Ecto.
• Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Docker and remote development environments (e.g., GitHub Codespaces).
