Freights and Brokers Analyst (fixed‑term project‑based)

About the role

The Freights and Brokers Analyst supports the Freight Cost Management team by handling daily finance operations. The role ensures invoices are processed accurately and on time, aligning with global KPIs, and collaborates closely with the account management analyst to meet cluster targets.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process freight‑related invoices on a daily basis.
• Serve as the single point of contact for designated brokers and carriers, addressing their specifications and needs.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose mitigation strategies for risks affecting the freight invoicing process.
• Report regularly on broker and freight business status, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Participate in internal training, initiatives, and projects as required.
• Seek automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement within the process.

Required profile

• University degree or advanced student status in Administration or a related field.
