Revenue Operations Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Revenue Operations Assistant to support the operational flow between Account Management, Finance, Buyers, and Vendors. This position is administrative and operational, focusing on data accuracy, invoicing workflows, payment follow‑up, and process coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Export buyer and vendor data from platforms such as Callgrid and format it accurately in Google Sheets for weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly invoicing cycles.
• Confirm call and lead numbers with buyers, create payment links for pre‑payments, and maintain records of credits and credit notes.
• Follow up on overdue buyer payments, coordinate collections support, and communicate updates to Account Management.
• Enter new buyers and client IDs into Business Central and manage supplier invoice approval and vendor payment coordination with the Finance team.
• Maintain and update reporting sheets tracking invoice status, aging, and operational notes.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken) to work with the U.S. market.
• At least one year of administrative or operational experience with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple billing and payment cycles and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive financial information.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets (formatting, color‑coding, multi‑cycle tracking).
• Experience exporting data from Ringba, Callgrid, or similar ad‑tech/call‑tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Business Central for CRM entry and invoice tracking.
