About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Architecture or Civil Engineering professional to take charge of technical oversight across multiple construction projects. The role combines on‑site monitoring, quality assurance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Track and control construction progress, comparing actual results with planned schedules and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and sign progress certificates and technical reports for public authorities.
• Identify and communicate risks, deviations, alerts, and non‑conformities while ensuring quality compliance.
• Participate in technical reviews of new projects, sales plans, and garage designs.
• Serve as the technical liaison between PILAY Uruguay, designers, contractors, and other parties.
• Manage permits, modifications, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical advice on works, sub‑contracts, modifications, and project close‑out.
• Conduct surveys and inventories of units, and follow up on post‑sale technical inspections.
• Oversee final hand‑over, horizontal property documentation, and consolidation of technical records.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction projects and works.
• Proven experience in monitoring, supervision, inspection, or control of works.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprint interpretation, and quality control.
• Autonomous, analytical, organized, with strong technical judgment and attention to detail.
