English‑Speaking Pre‑Sales Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Pre‑Sales Agent to join our fast‑growing team remotely. You will work full‑time with a flexible schedule, handling calls across various PST time slots to book and re‑book medical appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make follow‑up calls with leads to schedule doctor appointments.
• Contact customers who cancelled appointments and attempt to re‑book them.
• Maintain and update the customer database in HubSpot CRM.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Report activity and results to senior management.

Required profile

• English at C1 level and Spanish at C1 level.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and organized.
• Previous sales or call‑center experience with English speakers.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to stay focused while working remotely, with backup internet and power solutions.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) experience.
