English & Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative (Vehicle Inspector)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Support Representative who will conduct vehicle inspections for rideshare drivers via video chat. The position is fully remote and operates on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct scheduled video calls with drivers, keeping the camera on throughout the inspection.
• Verify driver identity and guide them to position their phone or camera to show required vehicle parts.
• Inspect exterior and interior vehicle elements (tires, lights, mirrors, seat belts, horn, etc.) and assess compliance.
• Communicate pass/fail results and provide brief explanations for any failures.
• Record inspection outcomes (Pass, Fail, No‑Show) promptly in the internal system.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1), both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and work independently.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a computer and a smartphone.
• Self‑motivated, client‑oriented and comfortable working in an online team environment.

• Remote full‑time schedule: Friday to Tuesday, 9 am‑6 pm PST with a 1‑hour break.
• Compensation: $750/month during a 3‑month probation period, then $850/month plus a $50 KPI bonus.
