Ejecutivo técnico/a comercial

About the role

The Technical Sales Executive will manage the end‑to‑end sales process of measurement and control solutions for the industrial sector in Uruguay. You will advise existing and prospective clients, identify new business opportunities, and help grow the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the client portfolio across Uruguay, spotting new applications and opportunities.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to understand client needs and provide technical‑commercial advice.
• Prepare budgets and commercial proposals, and follow them through to closure.
• Maintain accurate information in the CRM system and monitor sales performance indicators.
• Achieve the sales targets set by the division.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings, solutions, and industry trends.
• Monitor stock levels of assigned products and contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes.

Required profile

• Advanced student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum three years of B2B sales experience in the industrial sector (mandatory).
• Intermediate level of English.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
