ECM Vice President – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their reasoning on complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance education and work experience.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their performance for correctness and relevance.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Independent contractor able to work remotely on a flexible schedule.
