Director Insurance Operations - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI chatbots.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your financial knowledge.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model enhancements.
• Evaluate AI‑generated solutions for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but solid professional experience is acceptable.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and data‑driven decision making.
