Customer Support Executive – Spanish Speaking

About the role

CXM Group, a fast‑growing global fintech, is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Executive to join its LATAM remote team. You will be the first point of contact for new leads and existing clients, handling inquiries via chat, email, phone and the client portal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming chats, emails and calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Update the CRM with all interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Schedule callbacks and monitor client progress to achieve optimal results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, preferably in fintech or financial markets.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following standard processes.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
