Customer Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Customer Support Engineer at BairesDev, you will act as the technical bridge between our clients and their integrated platforms. You will ensure smooth operation of REST APIs, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide partners through onboarding, all while working remotely from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex REST API problems to maintain seamless data exchange.
• Analyze application code and system logs to pinpoint and document technical bottlenecks.
• Execute advanced SQL queries for data extraction and problem‑solving.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, ensuring successful integration.
• Provide clear technical guidance to stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable steps.
• Monitor system reliability, identify recurring error patterns, and implement long‑term fixes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and supporting REST API integrations.
• Strong analytical skills for reading application code and system logs.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
