CRM Manager – Monetization (Remote)

About the role

The CRM Manager – Monetization will own the monetization analytics for BairesDev's CRM function, covering reactivations, dormant leads, lifetime initiatives and new leads. Reporting to the Sr. Director of CRM, you will turn data into actionable insights that directly impact contract value and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monetization view of the CRM pipeline, identifying where value is lost from lead to closed‑won.
• Measure the true impact of campaigns beyond top‑of‑funnel metrics, linking performance to contract value.
• Surface insights on dormant leads, reactivations, and new leads and turn them into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain queries, dashboards and reports in Databricks and SQL to make monetization performance decision‑ready.
• Leverage Claude and AI‑assisted automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) to scale analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, revenue operations or growth & lifecycle marketing analytics.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B SaaS or tech‑services company.
• Strong background in funnel, pipeline and conversion analysis tied to closed‑won and contract value.
• Proficiency with SQL and data‑warehouse platforms such as Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Daily hands‑on use of AI/LLM tools, preferably Claude.
• Experience building automation workflows with n8n, Zapier or Make.com.
• STEM or quantitative degree, or equivalent 5+ years in data‑heavy roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
