CRM Manager – Monetization (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Manager focused on monetization to own analytics for our CRM funnel, from dormant leads to newly generated prospects. This remote position blends data analysis with revenue impact, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of CRM.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monetization view of the CRM pipeline, identifying where value is lost before closed business.
• Measure the true impact of campaigns beyond top‑of‑funnel metrics, linking performance to contract value and closed‑won outcomes.
• Surface insights on reactivations, lifetime initiatives, and new leads, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting, queries, and dashboards in Databricks and SQL for decision‑ready visibility.
• Leverage Claude and AI‑assisted automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) to scale analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, revenue operations, or growth and lifecycle marketing analytics.
• In‑house experience at a US‑based B2B SaaS or tech services company.
• Strong quantitative background (STEM or equivalent) with proven data‑heavy roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
