Creative Strategist

About the role

Happy Mammoth is seeking a senior Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative for its paid‑media campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting audiences for gut‑health and microbiome supplements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the performance creative strategy for Meta paid‑media campaigns.
• Develop angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks and iterate them based on test results.
• Translate performance data (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) into actionable creative decisions.
• Build and maintain creative testing roadmaps and execute structured experiments.
• Brief and collaborate with copywriters, editors, and designers to produce high‑converting assets.
• Analyze winning versus losing creatives, scale successful concepts, and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in performance‑marketing creative and direct‑response copywriting.
• Proven track record with Meta paid‑media environments.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑focused creative, testing, and direct‑response psychology.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote setting and be available during EU (GMT) working hours.
• Fluent English communication skills.
