Paid Social Analyst

About the role

Finch is seeking a Paid Social Analyst to own and optimise paid social campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with senior specialists to ensure campaigns are structured, tested, and measured with reliable data.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable full‑funnel paid social structures for prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
• Run disciplined creative and audience iteration loops, translating insights into testable variants and driving performance improvements.
• Protect tracking integrity by validating pixel/CAPI/event setups, monitoring attribution mismatches, and maintaining campaign hygiene.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, primarily with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel campaign architecture.
• Proactive communicator with high attention to detail.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
