Conversion/Retention Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Conversion/Retention Account Manager to join a leading multi‑asset brokerage. The role is fully on‑site and focuses on building strong client relationships, guiding new customers through onboarding, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction in a fast‑paced trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present the broker’s products and services to prospective clients in an informative manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, handling inquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and develop lasting relationships.
• Maintain deep knowledge of all product features, trading systems, and tools.
• Implement Anti‑Money‑Laundering (AML) and Know‑Your‑Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Enter accurate data into internal systems and stay updated on daily market conditions.
• Continuously develop industry knowledge and self‑improve.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Sales‑driven attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with online trading or financial markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to thrive in a performance‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Professional work ethic and high level of professionalism.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the position.
