About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our inflight catering team, focusing on cold‑food preparation during the 14:00‑22:00 shift. The role is part of a dynamic environment that serves airlines across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of cold products such as sandwiches, salads, empanadas, and packaged meals.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and accurately record temperature logs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service timelines for inflight catering.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cold‑kitchen setting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends.
- Strong interest in learning and adapting to airline catering standards.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and temperature control.
