Client Success & Campaign Manager – Gaming & Influencer Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brands in the gaming, esports and digital entertainment space. This fully remote, full‑time contractor position will own the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑volume projects, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, creators and internal teams across multiple time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of campaigns immediately after sales closure, acting as the primary post‑sale contact.
• Plan, schedule and execute influencer marketing initiatives, managing onboarding, briefings and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign progress, provide regular performance updates and generate final reports for clients.
• Coordinate with creators, internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues and keep timelines on track.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex marketing or influencer campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
• Client‑focused mindset and ability to build trusted relationships.
