About the role
We are seeking a methodical, organized, and detail‑oriented Analyst to support the Office of the CEO. Working remotely, you will help define, improve, and automate processes that directly impact the company’s strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and continuously improve cross‑company processes, identifying systemic issues and proposing solutions.
- Detect automation or efficiency opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope and create scalable documentation.
- Filter, classify, and route messages from the CEO’s LinkedIn and email accounts, applying business judgment to prioritize executive attention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication from the CEO.
- Support cross‑functional initiatives that require executive sponsorship, translating high‑level goals into structured execution plans.
Required profile
- Experience working with processes and operations.
- Methodical, organized, and process‑driven mindset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good level of English.
