CEO Office Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a methodical and detail‑oriented Analyst to support the Office of the CEO. Working remotely, you will partner directly with the CEO on high‑impact initiatives, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, define, and continuously improve business processes, identifying systemic issues and proposing actionable solutions.
• Document automation and scalability opportunities within the CEO’s administrative scope.
• Filter, classify, and route communications from the CEO’s LinkedIn and email accounts, prioritizing messages that require executive attention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication on behalf of the CEO.
• Support cross‑functional projects that need executive sponsorship, translating strategic priorities into structured execution plans.

Required profile

• Experience working with processes and operations.
• Methodical, organized, and process‑driven mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient English communication skills.
