Business Analyst – Intake/Lead Ops/Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Intake, Lead Operations and Marketing team at Tort Experts. In this remote position you will own reporting, reconciliation and proactive analysis across lead sources, campaigns and the intake funnel, ensuring data accuracy and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile lead counts and spend across ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), call‑tracking and our CRM systems (Litify, Salesforce).
• Produce and continuously improve stakeholder‑ready reports on lead volume, CPL, CPA and intake‑funnel performance.
• Establish baseline metrics and monitor call‑center KPIs such as connection rates, speed‑to‑lead and agent conversion.
• Set up automated alerts and thresholds to detect deviations in performance or spend.
• Analyze conversion rates, lead quality and profitability by channel, campaign and lead type to identify risks and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently, own results and anticipate issues with minimal oversight.
• Available to work 9 am‑5 pm ET in a fully remote environment.
