Automation Expert - Cross-Functional Operations

About the role

We are a fast‑growing vertical SaaS company transforming the plastic surgery industry. We are looking for a self‑motivated Automation Expert who uses AI tools such as Claude as a core part of daily work and can design end‑to‑end automation across clinical operations, marketing and partner onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑powered automation workflows for clinical processes (appointment scheduling, referral management, follow‑up communications).
• Integrate automation platforms (Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, custom scripts) with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with surgeons, clinical staff, and marketing teams to identify repetitive tasks and deliver practical AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI‑driven content pipelines for social media, newsletters and clinic websites, including image and video generation.
• Automate video editing, captioning, content planning and campaign management to minimise manual effort.
• Build and organise vector‑based knowledge stores to feed future LLMs and improve system intelligence over time.

Required profile

• Self‑driven and comfortable working without step‑by‑step direction.
• Strong understanding of marketing content creation, preferably with agency or in‑house experience.
• Passionate about automating image and video production.
• Enjoys using Claude Code and other LLMs as daily tools.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• JavaScript.
• API integration.
• Claude (or comparable LLM) usage and prompt engineering.
• Zapier, n8n, Make (automation platforms).
• Airtable.
• Image and video generation tools such as Higgsfield and HeyGen.
