About the role

Logicalis is looking for a motivated Financial Assistant to support its finance operations in Uruguay. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth processing of invoices, collections, and internal financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and credit line requests.
• Record supplier invoices and generate associated supporting documents.
• Handle petty cash and fixed‑fund transactions.
• Control card expense reconciliations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile accounting accounts.
• Enter purchase requests into the internal system.
• Assist with office task coordination and financial administration.

Required profile

• Currently studying Public Accounting or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role is a plus.
