AR & Billing Specialist – Collections (Remote, SaaS)

About the role

ElectroNeek, a US‑based B2B SaaS provider, is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end payment collection process for its subscription customers. Working remotely, you will manage a portfolio of about 85 annual‑subscription accounts, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full AR cycle: follow up on overdue invoices via email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, LinkedIn, and video calls.
• Drive renewal collections by contacting customers before annual invoices, confirming payment details, and securing on‑time payment.
• Negotiate payment plans, partial payments, and resolve disputed amounts.
• Run a structured reminder cadence (pre‑due, due, escalating overdue) for every open invoice.
• Build and maintain a rolling cash‑collection forecast and flag at‑risk invoices early.
• Produce weekly AR reports covering aging, collections against target, at‑risk accounts, and actions taken.
• Manage escalations, involving management, Customer Success, or legal when needed.
• Generate accurate invoices for renewals, upgrades, and mid‑term changes.
• Process domestic and international payments, handling tax deductions, fees, and adjustments.
• Apply payments correctly, issue credit notes, and maintain a clean audit trail.
• Monitor failed card payments and re‑bill or follow up promptly.

Required profile

• Experience managing accounts receivable, collections, and billing operations in a SaaS or subscription‑based environment.
• Strong communication skills for multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, messaging apps, video).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize a high‑volume portfolio, and meet collection targets.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation habits in CRM systems.
