Analytics Analyst

About the role

As an Analytics Analyst at Homera Health, you will ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytics and tracking across multiple telemedicine brands. You will work hands‑on with tracking tools, verify experiment setups, and provide data‑driven insights to support product, marketing and business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot tracking implementations across GA4, Mixpanel and Google Tag Manager using dataLayer, cookies, session storage and browser developer tools.
• Enforce tracking protocols and UTM structures on new and existing pages.
• Validate experiment tracking before launch to guarantee reliable measurement.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support marketing, product and business initiatives.
• Perform QA of analytics data, identify discrepancies and flag issues to relevant teams.
• Support analytics foundations across all Homera Health digital properties.
• Identify and implement process improvements for tracking, data quality and reporting workflows.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytics or web‑analytics role, preferably within a marketing or growth context.
• Strong understanding of core campaign concepts such as UTMs, conversion windows, channel attribution, CTR and CTA.
• Familiarity with foundational analytics concepts: users, sessions, events, dimensions and metrics.
• Detail‑oriented, autonomous and comfortable solving tracking and data‑quality issues.
