Analista Senior de Estrategia y Engagement – Fintech

About the role

Mercado Libre is looking for a Senior Strategy and Engagement Analyst to shape the customer retention and engagement roadmap for its Fintech business. You will work with cross‑functional teams to turn data into actionable strategies that drive product adoption and deepen loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data‑driven engagement and retention strategies, creating rules and triggers based on customer behavior.
• Define target segments, optimal contact timing, preferred channels, and value propositions for each audience.
• Analyze portfolio principality to uncover opportunities for positioning Mercado Pago as the primary payment solution.
• Promote adoption of Business Account and other fintech products as loyalty levers.
• Monitor user experience, identify improvement opportunities through data and feedback, and lead initiatives with Product, Technology, Tax and Operations teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles with direct client interaction.
• Proven ability to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
• Experience with database and visualization tools; Excel, SQL and Tableau are highly desirable.
