Analista de Costos de Top Off

About the role

The company is looking for a Top Off Cost Analyst to coordinate and monitor maritime operations in Montevideo. The role focuses on cost control, indicator management and reporting to support decision‑making and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify improvement opportunities in high‑complexity, fast‑paced processes and propose solutions.
• Analyze data and prepare decision‑support reports.
• Monitor and update operational costs, including loading and unloading activities.
• Coordinate new vessel onboarding with brokers, commercial teams, terminals and agencies.
• Execute monthly and annual cost forecasts and assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Control invoices and enter them into the accounting system.
• Produce daily performance indicators for managerial reporting.
• Work under pressure and follow guidance from the immediate leader.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Foreign Trade, International Relations or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar cost‑analysis or operational‑control tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with management indicators.
• Portuguese language skills are a plus.
