AIT Engineer – Electronics Integration & Verification

About the role

We are seeking an AIT Engineer to join our high‑complexity satellite manufacturing team. The role bridges satellite design and production, turning engineering requirements into integrated, validated hardware ready for launch. You will work across the full satellite manufacturing lifecycle, supporting subsystem integration and leading verification and validation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead physical and electrical integration of electronic subsystems.
• Plan, define, and execute environmental and functional testing campaigns.
• Analyze hardware faults, perform root‑cause investigations, and implement corrective actions on the shop floor.
• Generate test reports, document Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), and manage engineering change control for hardware traceability.
• Act as the technical bridge between R&D and manufacturing, ensuring design feasibility and production scalability.

• Hands‑on experience in a technical laboratory or cleanroom environment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
